Returns

We offer a 7 day (1 week) return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, invoice, and certificates (where applicable).

Provided the conditions in our refund policy have been met, refunds will be processed using the original form of payment. You can return an item purchased online by posting it to us.
