Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and are shipped through our trusted delivery partners. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched. For any queries regarding your shipment, our customer support team is always happy to assist.

Returns

We offer a 7 day (1 week) return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the jewellery must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging, invoice, and certificates (where applicable).
